these days i've seriously been thinking about traveling...i believe next may i'll be goin to italy as a graduation present...hopefully it'll work out, i've wanted to go ever since i did a report on it in 4th grade...i want to get out once im free from collegiate affairs, you know see the world & find myself lol...haha j/k im not that cheesy...perhaps thailand to see my purse productions as well... also sanfran might be in the near future..theres a really good exhibition up there i wanna catch before it's gone...so many places to see & people to make fun of...can't wait!!!!!!!

today was pleasant. i missed my class, slept in, & went to visit 2 different japanese gardens (cslb {above pix} & that hidden noguchi sculpture garden) w/ my pops for a paper i have to write. it was so pretty outside today & we got lunch @ kabuki & japanese candy @ asia-mart 2000 then went to the california scenario then got rear ended by an asian...oh the irony

it's that time again...we're starting to prepare for sr. shows this spring & i'm completely clueless as to what the hell i want to do...i've narrowed it down to either digital photo, painting, or some kind of installation. whatever it is, i gotta step up from last semester. i'm so glad i'm graduating in may, this school stuff is getting old. anyways, i've been researching some contemporary artists to "get some inspiration" & stumbled upon michael zavros...i like his stuff...he uses like versailles & dior homme models & such for his paintings which i think is funny the way he has recontextualized them in another medium..makes you look at them differently rather than them just being in a magazine

what happened to the nice gloomy day? it was raining in the morning & made me excited for fall, then it got sunny....speaking of fall the dreaded day has come, classes start tomorrow in the a.m.

i'm excited for it and loathing it @ the same time...i think i just need a few weeks for everything to get into routine again & for me to figure out the internship/financial/schedule status
